Charging Your Card
We accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay.
Once your order has been placed, your card will be charged for the amount of your order based upon the currency selected.
Taxes and Duties
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination
Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
We want to ensure that you receive your delivery, in a timely manner, and advise you double check your credentials before checking out, especially your address
International shipping : 10-15 business days
Domestic Shipping ( US ) : 3-10 business days
** We do not ship with signature required unless asked by the customer. We do provide tracking and most of the time picture proof of delivery. We are NOT reliable for any stolen packages. — if your package has been stolen you must contact the shipping carrier and report it stolen.
Each order comes with a box, case and micro fiber cleansing cloth
*Please note oversized shades do not come with a hard case.
Returns/Exchanges must be authorized by the FSNYC Team. If you would like to return/Exchange an item from your order, please email FSNYC@fiftyshadesnyc.com to begin the Return/Exchange Authorization process.
All items must be unworn, free of damage, and have original packaging to be eligible.
Returns and refunds are only allowed for products purchased at full price from www.fiftyshadesnyc.com
If your shipment is delivered to you in any damaged condition or if you are missing any part of your order, please notify us immediately at FSNYC@fiftyshadesnyc.com . Please always include your email address used at checkout, your order number, and also be sure to take and send photos with your email to customer service. Damage or missing claims made after two days of receipt will not be honored.

- PLEASE NOTE WHEN SHIPPING BACK YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER INSIDE THE PACKAGE.
- We will send you our inbound address upon approval.
*Shipping fees/cost are at the expense of the client.
Refunds will be for the amount of the item(s) purchased and will not include any shipping costs/fees or taxes previously charged.
*Refund processing times vary per refund.
*Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to reflect in your account, this depends on your bank/financial institution.
Can I exchange for a different style or color?
Yes, you will be given the choice of returning for a refund or exchanging after you can choose which frame or color you would like from the collection.
